Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants in Indianapolis seeks a professional Server who delivers warm, guest-focused service and confident knowledge of food, wine, and the Wine Club, ensuring every guest feels valued.

In a fast-paced, team-based setting you will guide guests through the menu and wine pairings, handle the POS with accuracy, maintain high standards, and contribute to a memorable experience by anticipating needs and personalizing service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with six months of server experience.
• Experience in full-service or upscale casual dining preferred.
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and the Wine Club program.
• Passion for hospitality and teamwork.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time in proper uniform.
• Know the menu, wine list, and steps of service.
• Use the POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Understand the benefits of Cooper’s Hawk Wine Club and its offerings.
• Follow SOPs to keep work areas prepared for opening, mid-shift, or closing.
• Jump in to help the team and serve food and drinks with care.
