Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking talented servers who will curate guest experiences with warmth and knowledge. You will guide guests through our food, wine, and Wine Club offerings, delivering service with confidence and care in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates are at least 21, with six months of serving experience, and can multitask while maintaining high standards, including lifting up to 40 pounds and adhering to our uniform guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age and six months of server experience.
• Experience in full service or upscale casual dining preferred.
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and Wine Club programs.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take accurate orders.
• Explain menu, wine list, and Wine Club benefits.
• Use POS system and process payments accurately.
• Follow departmental checklists and standard operating procedures to prep work areas for opening, mid-shift, or closing.
• Provide attentive hospitality and personalized service to guests.
