Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking a committed server to guide guests through our wine pairings, menu options, and Wine Club perks. You will engage guests with warmth, maintain high service standards, and contribute to a memorable dining experience.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age and six months of server experience.
• Experience in full service or upscale casual dining preferred.
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and our Wine Club program.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and stand up to 10 hours.
• Must read, write, and understand English.
• Flexible availability including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks with speed and care.
• Follow legal guidelines for alcohol service.
• Take initiative to solve problems and support the guest experience.
• Communicate clearly with Kitchen, Hosts, Runners, Bartenders, and Managers.
• Welcome guests, use names, and make recommendations about Wine Club perks.
