Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking servers to curate unforgettable guest experiences in a warm, team-based environment. You will guide guests through our food, wine, and Wine Club with confidence, ensuring memorable visits that go beyond a meal.

You will uphold high standards of hospitality, learn the wine program, and contribute to a smooth, guest-centered service flow in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age and six months of server experience.
• Experience in full-service or upscale casual dining is preferred.
• Able to speak about food, wine, and the Wine Club program.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks with speed and care while following alcohol-service guidelines.
• Know the menu and wine list and guide guests through recommendations.
• Take initiative to solve problems and support the guest experience.
• Arrive on time in proper uniform standards and use the POS system accurately.
