Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking an enthusiastic server to guide guests through a memorable dining and wine experience. You will learn the menu, wine list, and steps of service, applying hospitality to every guest interaction.

Bring a passion for hospitality, a willingness to learn about the Wine Club, and teamwork mindset. This role supports a dynamic dining environment with flexible schedules and team-driven success.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age and six months of server experience.
• Experience in full service or upscale casual dining preferred.
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and our Wine Club program.
• A passion for hospitality and teamwork.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests with knowledge of menu, wine list, and steps of service.
• Use POS system and handle payments with accuracy.
• Explain Cooper’s Hawk Wine Club benefits and perks.
• Follow checklists and SOPs to keep areas prepared.
• Jump in to help the team and maintain smooth service.
• Communicate with kitchen, hosts, runners, bartenders, and managers.
