The position involves engaging with members to promote retention and growth, as well as handling behind-the-scenes tasks in our tasting room to ensure smooth operations and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone communication and ability to resolve member complaints.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Wine Direct or similar systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with varied personalities.
• Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in wine or hospitality.
• Ability to work behind a sales bar with a welcoming demeanor.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and prioritization.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
