Job summary

Ste. Michelle Wine Estates in Woodinville, WA is seeking a part-time Wine Club Representative to deliver exceptional service to Vintage Reserve Club Members, assist with tastings, club events, and marketing engagement.

The role requires evening and weekend availability and strong hospitality skills. Greet guests, handle calls and emails, drive club sales, and support tours and events while using POS systems to process orders.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Class 12 MAST Permit and Food Handler's Permit required.
• Two or more years in a customer service position preferred.
• Strong writing and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide information about the winery to visitors and by phone.
• Respond to inbound calls and emails; make outbound inquiries as needed.
• Assist in planning and coordinating club and special events.
• Drive revenue by selling wine and merchandise to wine club members.
• Conduct winery tours and tastings for wine club members.
• Operate POS to process sales of wine, merchandise, club memberships and tasting fees.
• Assist with wine club and eCommerce orders, including packing and curbside pickup.
