Job summary

Iconic Wineries of British Columbia is seeking a part-time Membership Coordinator to deliver a warm, personalized experience for Wine Club members. You will assist with member outreach, telesales, events, communications, and day-to-day administration.

Working closely with the Membership Manager and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure timely, thoughtful service across touchpoints, maintain accurate records, and support shipments, events, and training as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing, hospitality, retail, or member-service experience.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Confidence connecting with members by telephone, email, and in person.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, responsive, and personalized service to Wine Club members.
• Support member outreach, telesales, engagement, retention, and sales initiatives.
• Respond to member questions and resolve concerns professionally, escalating when needed.
• Coordinate Wine Club shipments, pickups, inventory requirements, and member communications.
• Support club-exclusive events, including guest lists, event details, communications, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate membership records and complete timely system updates.
• Track membership activity, including signups, retention, sales, and service trends.
• Share member feedback and operational insights with the Wine Club Membership Manager.
• Support Wine Club training and program education for guest-facing team members.
• Collaborate with Guest Experience, Marketing, Events, Fulfillment, and other internal teams.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
