Ste. Michelle Wine Estates is seeking a Wine Club Representative in Woodinville, WA. This part-time, on-call role supports Vintage Reserve Club Members through high-touch customer service, tastings, events, and club marketing efforts.

The position requires availability to work evenings and weekends, including two weekend shifts and two evening shifts per month, with tips eligible and a focus on driving club revenue.

Formación

• Minimum two years in a customer service role.
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet visitors and provide accurate information about the winery to guests and callers.
• Respond to inbound calls and emails; conduct outbound inquiries as needed.
• Assist in planning and coordinating club and special events.
• Drive revenue by selling wine and merchandise to wine club members.
• Conduct winery tastings and events for wine club members.
• Operate POS/registers to process sales and club memberships; collect tasting fees.
• Support fulfillment of wine club and eCommerce orders, including packing and delivery logistics.
