Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser to optimize inventory, stock shelves, and create engaging displays. You will support online orders, curbside pickup, and deliveries where assigned, while delivering exceptional service to customers in a busy store environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining promotions, training on wine, spirits, and beer products, and ensuring a clean and compliant store. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, stocking merchandise, and building displays.
• Place signage and maintain promotions and loyalty programs knowledge.
• Support online orders, in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services.
• Greet customers, deliver exceptional service, and build product knowledge.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness in compliance with laws.
