Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser to maximize inventory, stock shelves, and create appealing displays in-store. You will assist with curbside and delivery orders, support online operations, and provide friendly, product-savvy service to customers throughout shifts.

The role includes training on wine, spirits, and beer, accuracy in promotions, and maintaining a safe store environment. Preferred candidates hold a high school diploma, have 1–3 years in retail, and can work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Physical duties including lifting, walking, and being on feet long hours.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight and stocking merchandise.
• Build displays and end caps, place signage, and support curbside and in-store pickup/delivery services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and greet customers to build relationships.
• Participate in wine, spirits and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and adhere to alcohol sale laws.
