Job summary

Total Wine & More seeks Store Merchandisers to maximize inventory, stock shelves, and support both in-store and online operations. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help drive sales while maintaining safety and compliance in a fast-paced retail setting.

Our team members are trained in wine, spirits, and beer categories, with responsibilities that may include deliveries, pickups, and promotional activities. A 21+ age requirement and a flexible schedule are typical expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience acceptable; 1–3 years preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight and stocking merchandise.
• Greet customers and deliver exceptional service to build relationships.
• Support online operations and curbside/delivery services when needed.
