Job summary

Paradies Lagardère in Palm Springs seeks a General Manager to lead our Vino Volo wine-focused restaurant. You will guide the team to deliver exceptional guest service, mentor staff, and manage profitability while showcasing wine knowledge and a premier guest experience.

Responsibilities include coaching, upholding standards, safety/compliance, and driving sales of flights, glasses, meals, and retail wine. A strong background in full-service restaurant management is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Serve Safe Food Manager’s Certification within six months of hire.
• Bachelor of Science in hotel/restaurant management is desirable; practical hospitality experience may supplement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team to deliver extraordinary guest service and wine expertise.
• Drive profitability and guest satisfaction through strategic operations and cost controls.
• Oversee food quality, service standards, sanitation, and restaurant cleanliness.
• Ensure HACCP compliance, safety protocols, and staff training adherence.
• Develop bench strength and succession plans for key roles within the unit.
