Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent.
• 6+ years of infrastructure engineering experience supporting enterprise Windows Server and virtualization.
• Expertise with Windows Server operating systems and AD administration.
• Strong TCP/IP networking, storage, and enterprise backup understanding.

Responsibilities

• Manage compute, storage, and software across datacenters and virtualization clusters.
• Design, implement, and maintain new systems and integrations for customer and business units.
• Collaborate with networking and security teams to deliver reliable solutions.
• Provide escalation support and mentor teammates on best practices.
• Document architecture, configuration, and operational procedures.
