OpenBet is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to own and evolve global Windows and Linux infrastructure, virtualization, storage, and backup platforms. You will implement automation, DevOps practices, and operational improvements across on‑prem and cloud environments.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise Windows systems administration, strong Linux skills, and experience with VMware/Hyper‑V, NetApp, and Veeam. A collaborative hybrid work setup and global team interaction await you.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Windows systems administration within enterprise environments.
• Strong experience administering Windows infrastructure, virtualization, servers, storage, and backup platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Linux administration proficiency including Bash scripting.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.

Responsibilities

• Manage global Windows server infrastructure, operations, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
• Administer Linux servers across distros to support day‑to‑day operations.
• Maintain virtualization platforms like VMware Cloud Foundation, vCenter, and Hyper‑V.
• Manage enterprise hardware, storage arrays, and backup platforms.
• Develop automation scripts for operational tasks and deployments.
• Participate in infrastructure planning and technology refresh initiatives.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex incidents across Windows and Linux.
• Collaborate with network, security, and service provider teams.
