Job summary

- 3–5 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows workstations and servers; solid Active Directory understanding.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and provide technical assistance.
- Assist during server and workstation installations and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with Windows workstations and servers.
- Document incidents and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Work with internal teams to elevate and resolve more complex technical issues.
