Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in window project management.
• Experience with takeoffs, materials, and installation processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to quality and accountability.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Own the Project - Manage window jobs from kickoff through completion.
• Takeoffs & Ordering - Accurately measure, estimate, and order all materials.
• Scheduling - Coordinate crews, deliveries, and timelines to keep jobs on track.
• Budget Management - Monitor costs, control job profitability, and avoid overages.
• Customer Experience - Communicate clearly with homeowners and ensure satisfaction.
• Job Walkthroughs - Conduct pre-construction meetings and final inspections.
• Problem Solving - Address issues in real time to prevent delays or callbacks.
• Cross-Team Collaboration - Work closely with sales, production, and customer service
