Freedom Roofing, Windows & Siding LLC in Northwest Ohio is seeking an experienced Window & Siding Project Manager to oversee residential window and siding installation operations. This role blends field work with operational oversight and requires managing multiple crews, schedules, and customer expectations.

You will coordinate customers and subcontractors, ensure projects are scheduled and executed efficiently, and maintain thorough job documentation in CRM.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from material readiness through final completion.

• Conduct site visits, quality inspections, and final walkthroughs.
• Identify and resolve production delays and customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate job docs in CRM with photos and notes.
• Complete quality control inspections after project completion.
• Enforce safety guidelines and company protocols.

Freedom Roofing, Windows & Siding is a Veteran-Owned, rapidly growing residential roofing, siding, and window company with three locations, proudly headquartered in Northwest Ohio. We are currently seeking an experienced Window & Siding Project Manager to oversee and support our residential window and siding installation operations.

This role blends field experience with operational oversight—ideal for a candidate with a background in exterior home repairs and a strong ability to manage multiple crews, schedules, and customer expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage projects from material readiness through final completion.
• Coordinate both the customer and subcontracted crews to ensure projects are scheduled and executed efficiently.
• Run materials to job sites as needed to keep production moving and avoid delays.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the production phase, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience.
• Manage subcontractor crews to ensure quality standards, timelines, and scope of work are met.
• Conduct job site visits, quality control inspections, and final walkthroughs to ensure all work meets company standards.
• Proactively identify and resolve production issues, delays, and customer concerns.
• Ensure all job documentation is accurate and up to date in CRM (photos, notes, job status, progress updates).
• Coordinate and complete Quality Control inspections upon project completion.
• Ensure all crews are following safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in residential siding and/or window project management preferred.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, crews, and timelines simultaneously.
• Experience working with subcontractors and managing production schedules.
• High level of accountability with a strong sense of ownership over project outcomes.
• Strong communication skills with both customers and internal teams.
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM systems and job documentation (photos, notes, updates).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Primarily outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Frequent ladder climbing and working at heights
• Ability to drive between job sites and transport materials as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods
