Responsibilities

Perform physical replacement of incompatible desktops and laptops as part of a structured refresh project.
Execute Windows 11 upgrades on compatible devices.
Troubleshoot upgrade failures and perform remediation to ensure successful deployment.
Document device status, deployment progress, and update asset management systems accurately.
