Job summary

Qualifications
- Prior hands-on experience performing Windows 11 upgrades and device refresh projects.
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to OS upgrades, drivers, user profiles, and application compatibility.
- Experience replacing desktops and laptops in enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical replacement of incompatible desktops and laptops as part of a structured refresh project.
- Execute Windows 11 upgrades on compatible devices.
- Troubleshoot upgrade failures and perform remediation to ensure successful deployment.
- Document device status, deployment progress, and update asset management systems accurately.
