Job summary

Insight Global in Concord, CA is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a 6-month contract focused on a Windows 11 deployment across hospital and clinic environments. This onsite role requires hands-on IT support for clinical and non-clinical staff.

You will image, configure, install, and upgrade devices, troubleshoot hardware and software, and deliver excellent customer service within healthcare settings.

Qualifications

Experience providing desktop or IT support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, hardware, and applications.
Experience with IT service management tools, ticketing systems, or asset tracking.
Ability to follow standardized processes and documentation.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Support Windows 11 deployments, system upgrades, and application rollouts.
Image, configure, install, and upgrade devices.
Assist with hardware refreshes and replacements.
