Responsibilities

• Investigates site conditions and product workmanship at customer sites; reports findings to Customer Service.
• Recommends repair or replacement of defective products per guidelines.
• Negotiates and approves third-party repairs; inspects completed work for quality.
• Plans and paces work to meet daily/weekly/productivity goals.
• Adheres to safety procedures; participates in safety meetings; may suggest safety improvements.
• Other duties may be assigned.
