Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Knowledge of product pricing, discounting and estimating formulas/guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and math/measurement skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP software.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Investigates condition of company workmanship and products at customer sites and reports findings to Customer Service.
• Recommends replacement or repair of defective products per guidelines.
• Negotiates and approves third-party repair/adjustment; inspects completed work for quality.
• Plans and paces work to meet productivity goals.
• Complies with safety procedures and attends safety meetings; may suggest improvements.
• Other duties may be assigned.
