Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigates conditions of workmanship and products at the customer site based on concerns raised by the customer; reports findings to Customer Service.
• Recommends replacement or repair of defective products per guidelines; coordinates with teams.
• Negotiates third-party repairs/adjustments; inspects completed work for quality adherence.
• Plans and paces own work to meet daily/weekly/project goals.
• Follows safety procedures and attends safety meetings; suggests safety improvements.
• Other duties may be assigned.
