Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigates customer site workmanship and product conditions and reports findings to Customer Service.
• Recommends replacement or repair of defective products per guidelines.
• Negotiates third-party repairs and inspects completed work for quality.
• Plans and prioritizes work to meet daily/weekly/project goals.
• Adheres to safety procedures and attends safety meetings; suggests safety improvements.
