Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate to fabricate components for final window assembly in a fast-paced environment. The role involves standing, heavy lifting, and hands-on use of tools across multiple departments.

Shift is 6:00 am to 6:00 pm on Friday through Sunday, with a base pay of $16.00/hour plus $1.45/hour shift differential. Benefits start on day one, and a shoe voucher is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the US
• Able to pass a background check and drug test
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units
• May support window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials or windows
• Use hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers
• Read and carry out written or verbal instructions
• Read work orders, labels, and schedules
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees
