Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate to fabricate and assemble window components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role involves mass-producing parts, lifting up to 50 pounds, and using hand or power tools under supervisor instruction.

The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience or familiarity with tape measures, and must be able to pass background checks and drug testing. Training is provided, with a Monday–Friday shift from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Experience in manufacturing or reading a tape measure preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units.
• May assist with delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials or windows.
• Operate hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers as required.
• Read and follow work orders, labels, and schedules.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
