Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate for weekend shifts (Friday–Sunday, 6 AM–6 PM). The base pay is $16.00 per hour plus a $1.45 per hour shift differential.

The role involves fabricating components for final window assembly in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Responsibilities include mass-producing parts, operating tools, reading work orders, and assisting with training new staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units.
• Operate hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers as needed.
• Read and follow work orders, labels, and schedules.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
