Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands seeks a Production Associate for a weekend shift (Fri–Sun, 6am–6pm) to fabricate components for window assemblies in a fast-paced setting.

Training may run 6 weeks, typically Mon–Fri 6am–6pm. You will read work orders, measure, and operate tools, with safety and quality in mind.

Full-time with benefits starting day 1, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k, and development opportunities. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the US.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in manufacturing and reading a tape measure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble component parts for final window assemblies.
• Perform repetitive, fast-paced workstation operations.
• Support loading, unloading, and wrapping materials as needed.
• Read work orders and measurements; use hand/power tools as required.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
