Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring for a Production Associate on the morning shift, Monday to Friday with possible Saturdays. Base pay is $17 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential.

Work involves operating production equipment, assembling windows and doors, and performing quality checks in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Ideal candidates have at least 12 months in manufacturing, can lift up to 75 pounds, and are committed to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds on a continual basis.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on concrete floors.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and hand/power tools safely.
• Assemble, fabricate, and inspect windows and doors to standards.
• Review work orders, prepare materials, and use saws and other equipment.
• Assemble components: frames, glass units, hardware, seals, screens.
• Inspect finished products and report defects or quality concerns.
• Prepare products for shipment: labeling, packing, loading.
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support production targets and work as part of a team.
• Follow leadership directions and wear PPE; maintain safety.
