Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Auburn, WA is seeking a Production Associate 1 to fabricate components for final window assemblies. You will operate hand tools, lift units, and rotate through stations in a fast-paced, physical environment.

You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, read measurements to 1/32 inch, and work from 4:00 am to 2:30 pm with overtime as needed. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a national manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to read and interpret measurements to 1/32 inch.
• Ability to measure lengths accurately to 1/32 inch.
• Ability to read and interpret production reports and instructions.
• Capable of using computerized equipment.
• Willingness to cross-train on multiple stations.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools to manually construct window units.
• Lift windows onto build tables and roller racks.
• Cross-train and rotate on various workstations.
• Move carts in and out of production areas.
• Load sash components for insulated glass units.
• Assemble vinyl grids for placement within insulated glass units.
• Offload insulated glass units to carts.
• Load window units into trucks for shipment.
• Use production reports to assist in planning and ensure quality audits.
