Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate to fabricate and assemble components for windows in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The role involves heavy lifting, reading work orders, and using hand or power tools across multiple stations.

Shift: 3rd shift with differential. Base pay starts at $16.00 per hour plus $1.45 shift differential, plus benefits from day one. Training period may run Monday–Friday 6a–6p for up to six weeks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Able to follow written or verbal instructions.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience reading a tape measure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units.
• Operate equipment using hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
• Read and carry out work orders, labels, and schedules.
• Support window operations by delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials.
