Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate for 1st shift (Mon-Thu, 6:00 am–4:30 pm) to fabricate components for final window assemblies. You will work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, using hand/power tools and measuring parts as directed.

The role involves mass production of windows and related duties across departments, with on-the-job training provided to new hires. Full-time status and union programs may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units.
• May support window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials or windows.
• Use hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers as needed.
• Read and carry out simple written instructions and labels.
• Read work orders, schedules and measure parts with a tape measure.
• Lift and transport materials up to 50 pounds as required.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
