Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. in Marion, OH is seeking a Production Associate for the 2nd shift to assist in the fabrication and final assembly of window components.

You will work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment and use hand or power tools to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units. Responsibilities include reading work orders and schedules, measuring with a tape, lifting up to 50 pounds, and training new employees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Tape measure experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units.
• May assist with delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials or windows.
• Operate hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers.
• Read and carry out written instructions and schedules.
• Read work orders and measurements; perform fraction/decimal conversions.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
