Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate to fabricate and assemble components for windows in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The role involves repetitive tasks, heavy lifting, and manual handling of materials.

Base pay rate is $17.00 per hour with 1st shift from Monday to Thursday, 6am–4:30pm. The position requires compliance with safety and quality standards and may include training new teammates on the floor.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Possess ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units.
• May assist in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading of materials or windows.
• Operate hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers as required.
• Provide on‑the‑job training to new employees.
