Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in New Jersey is seeking a Production Associate 2 for 2nd shift (3:45 pm – 12:15 am). Base pay starts at $17.75 per hour and you will contribute to assembly of window components in a fast-paced facility.

Responsibilities include saw and welding operations, fabricating parts, lifting up to 50 pounds, using hand tools, and performing quality audits to maintain product standards. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to measure lengths with a tape measure.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and unit conversions.
• Able to read and interpret production data and instructions.
• Capable of using computerized equipment in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Saw operation and welding operation.
• Fabrication and production of window components for final assembly.
• Perform quality audits and assist in resolving issues.
• Operate hand tools to construct window units and handle materials.
• Move materials and components within the production area.
• Support production planning using reports.
