Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands Aperture Solutions is seeking a Production Associate 1 for the 3rd shift to assemble windows and doors. You will help maintain safety, quality, and timely delivery while moving material through the plant.

You must read tape measures, operate hand tools, and follow standard work. Able to lift 50 lbs, work 8–12 hours, and cross-train in various departments. Company benefits include healthcare, PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must read tape measures and read fractions/decimals.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand 8–12 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and assemble, lift, pick and pack products.
• Support employee engagement activities and follow clean-up times.
• Work safely and follow policies; adhere to defined rates.
• Identify problems and communicate issues; assist training others.
