Job summary

Quince is seeking a Merchandising Manager, Window to expand and manage the Window product assortment. Based in San Francisco with 3 days in the office, you will drive assortment strategy, pricing, and growth for this category.

You will leverage data tools, customer insights, and collaboration with Sourcing, Marketing, and Site/Creative teams to deliver on quality and affordability while scaling new product types and ensuring strong margins.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of retail merchandising experience in home textiles/window coverings, preferably luxury
• E-commerce and/or DTC experience preferred
• Proven track record of progression and growth in roles
• Experience leveraging data tools and external sources
• Strong user-focused mindset and analytical approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Fast-paced, collaborative environment with flexibility to stretch into new areas

Responsibilities

• Own the Window assortment strategy and ensure value and quality
• Use data and customer insights to build and optimize the assortment to meet financial goals
• Identify whitespace and refine product roadmap based on new information
• Launch and expand new product types in year one
• Improve product quality using ratings, reviews, and return data
• Collaborate with Sourcing to develop new products with focus on sustainability and quality
• Partner with marketing/site/creative teams for compelling product launches
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and act as customer advocate
• Make data-driven decisions balancing art and science of merchandising
• Communicate effectively across teams to drive category success
