Your work will support installation solutions that meet customer expectations and uphold our premium product standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of construction or home improvement experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Conflict resolution skills and ability to service and repair installations.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure dimensions and determine installation methods.
• Install replacement windows and doors with precision.
• Perform service and repair on installed Renewal by Andersen products.
• Analyze customer concerns and determine corrective actions.
• Maintain and organize the service van.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Present a professional image and deliver exceptional customer service.
