Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking a maintenance technician to address warranty issues on windows and doors. You will troubleshoot on-site, replace defective parts, and support customers to ensure satisfaction.

Candidates should have 2+ years in general maintenance and 2+ years in window/door installation or repair, with 3+ years in basic home repair preferred. Availability Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of window & door installation/repair.
• 3+ years of basic home repair work (preferred).
• Able to work Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays.
• Basic computer, smartphone, and email literacy; good time management.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work on uneven surfaces.
• Valid driver’s license, insurable driving record, and a vehicle to transport materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide service performance and address warranty issues with windows and doors.
• Troubleshoot jobs by manually fixing issues on-site and assisting customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while addressing problems.
• Replace defective parts and help customers when windows aren’t working properly.
• Diagnose issues such as water infiltration, bowed panels, and interlock problems.
