Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in general maintenance.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience performing basic home repair work, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, repairing, and replacing parts and components to fix issues with customers' windows.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace window components, door panels, and hardware, including sashes, operating mechanisms, caulking, and trim replacement.
• Provide a high level of customer service and solutions for service issues.
