Renewal by Andersen, the full-service window-replacement division of Andersen Corporation, is seeking a service technician to assess and repair windows and doors at customers' homes. You will perform installations, evaluations, and warranty-related tasks with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as a service technician or finish carpenter preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable with Apple products.
• Ability to install a window or door from start to finish, including trim work.
• Valid US Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and services based on job site evaluations for windows and doors that need attention, whether it is due to installation or manufacturing.
• Understand correct installation process and proper functioning of windows and doors for evaluation.
• Resolve service calls accurately and efficiently.
• Travel to customers' homes to assess and repair our products.
• Fill out appropriate warranty paperwork and submit in a timely manner.
