Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking an on-site maintenance technician in Knoxville, TN. You will address warranty issues, troubleshoot on-site, and assist customers with window and door needs.

Requirements include 2+ years in general maintenance and 2+ years in window/door installation or repair, with 3+ years home repair preferred. A valid driver’s license, a vehicle, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of window & door installation/repair experience.
• 3+ years of basic home repair work, preferred.
• Mon-Fri with occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide service performance and address warranty issues with windows and doors.
• Troubleshoot jobs on-site and assist with customer needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while addressing problems.
• Replace defective parts and help customers when windows aren’t working properly.
• Diagnose issues on windows and doors such as water infiltration, bowed panels, interlock issues, etc.
