Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Window & Door Sales Consultant (Design Consultant) for the New Jersey territory. Design Consultants visit homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments, present solutions, and guide decisions in a single sales call. This full-time role offers uncapped commissions and paid training.

You will receive ongoing coaching, a chance to compete for an annual Sales Trip, and a comprehensive benefits package including insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Travel up to 2 hours daily for appointments.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026. Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) – earn $200,000 to $300,000+ annually
• Paid training with continued coaching and mentorship

Qualifications
