Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Design Consultant (Outside Sales) to visit residential homes in our Central Indiana Territory, presenting window and door replacement options. This full-time, commission-based role includes paid training, mentorship, and opportunities to win an annual Sales Trip.

Travel up to 2 hours/day and a valid driver’s license are required. Top performers can earn an uncapped commission, with potential annual earnings ranging from six figures.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) – earn $100,000 to $250,000+ annually
