Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated Design Consultants to visit pre-scheduled residential appointments in the Tri-Cities area, presenting window and door replacements. You will guide homeowners to a same-day decision using a proven sales process and enjoy a strong one-call close with uncapped commissions.

Earn a full commission structure ($100,000–$250,000+ annually), receive paid training, and access a full benefits package. This role requires travel and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Travel up to 2 hours daily for appointments.
• Ability to lift and carry 40-60 lbs of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in September 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.
