Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Residential Sales Advisor (Design Consultant) for the San Francisco Territory. This full-time, commission-based role offers paid training and mentorship to develop a high-performance sales skill set in home window and door replacement.

Design Consultants visit homes, deliver compelling presentations, and aim for same-day closes. Benefits include full insurance, 401(k), and a chance to earn top commissions annually.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Have a valid Driver’s License.
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments daily.
• Ability to lift and carry 40-60 lbs of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide homeowners with all information to make a same-day decision on window and door projects.
• This is a strong one-call close sales role with no project management or follow-up required.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026. Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) – earn $200,000 to $300,000+ annually
