Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an In-Home Design Consultant to join our Long Island team. You’ll visit homeowners, present window and door replacement options, and guide them to a same-day decision in a high-value sales environment.

This full-time, commission-based role offers paid training, uncapped earnings potential, and a comprehensive benefits package. Travel within the territory is required and success hinges on strong presentation and closing skills.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel up to 2 hours daily.
• Able to lift 40–60 lbs of sample materials.
• Comfortable navigating iPad apps and sales apps.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Strong one-call close sales approach with no project management or follow up required.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in September 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) – earn $200,000 to $300,000+ annually
