Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated Design Consultants for the New Jersey Territory. In this full-time, commission-based role, you will visit homeowners, present window and door replacement options, and guide clients to a same-day decision using a proven process.

Earn $200,000–$300,000+ annually with uncapped commissions, plus paid training, insurance, a 401(k), and student loan repayment opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Able to travel up to 2 hours daily for appointments.
• Ability to lift 40-60 lbs of sample materials.
• Proficient with iPad applications.
• Willingness to learn a structured sales process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations to secure same-day decisions.
• Visit pre-scheduled residential appointments and present options.
• Follow the proven sales process to close deals.
• Represent Renewal by Andersen brand with professionalism.
