Renewal by Andersen is recruiting a Window & Door Sales Consultant to work in the Cranford, NJ area. You’ll meet homeowners at their homes, diagnose needs, design custom replacement solutions, and guide them through the purchase with high energy and strong product knowledge.

The role blends evenings and weekends with a flexible schedule and training. It rewards high effort with uncapped earnings and rapid growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Formal industry experience is not required. Drive is.
• A track record of outperforming; sales, hospitality, retail, athletics, the military, anywhere results were measured and you won.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• The ability to lift and carry ~40 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Dig into what homeowners really want and diagnose it faster and better than anyone else would.
• Ask sharp questions and design door/window solutions they love.
• Own the conversation: inquire, listen, educate, persuade, and earn the yes on the spot.
• Run a real schedule: mornings, evenings, weekends, and elective capacity slots.
• Hold yourself accountable to the number.
• Get better weekly: product knowledge, sales craft, and yourself.
