Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Tiger Team Technician I to support regional wind farm operations. The role involves maintenance on turbines and gearboxes, bearing and pitch ram exchanges, and software updates, with safety as a priority.

You will guide O&M teams, maintain tools and records, and travel up to half the time. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in wind/solar/BESS, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in teams across locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Wind, Solar, and BESS.
• Willing to relocate within 1 hour drive of site.
• Knowledge of environmental and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety in wind farm site per policies and procedures.
• Climb wind towers and access turbines for maintenance.
• Lead and/or conduct tests on systems after maintenance.
• Perform turbine maintenance including bearing, pitch ram, gearbox, and shaft work.
